Several children in a small town called Plarith have been reported missing over a period of weeks, and facing the seeming inability of the local police force to get any serious lead, i've decided to handle things myself.
I've gathered all the elements regarding the case i've found so far, and will report them along with any future discoveries on this, admittedly primitive looking, website.
The hope is that anyone who finds this could assist me in the solving of this case, preferrably without knowledge of law enforcement, somehow i doubt they would appreciate me effectively doing my own investigation.
The majority of the targeted children were orphaned or foster children, some on the other hand had either confirmed and suspected abuse in their homes, and one case was a bullying victim who was kidnapped shortly after a failed suicide attempt.
It seems whoever is doing this is probably targeting children who have small odds of being sought after if they turned missing, in total so far, 8 children have been missing.
If i had to guess, they are likely baiting them with promises of a better life, what he'll actually do with them, i don't know, and i'm not sure i WANT to know...

One of the more curious aspects of this case, is on multiple occasions, odd messages and symbols were found near the child's home or sometimes even in the kidnapped child's bedroom:
Victim 1:
Strange numbers found on a sheet of paper on a lamp post near the orphanage the victim was kept at:

Victim 3:
Found written on the wall of the child's home:
"The Lotus will bloom for their future."
Victim 6:
Located among some drawings of the child:
Drawing of a lotus flower, circling it are 10 candles, 6 are lit, beneath the drawing is written "4 left, the Machine will start soon."
Victim 8:
Coded message found above the child's bed:
"Rmlyc3QgdGhlbSwgdGhlbiBldmVyeW9uZSwgb3VyIG5ldyBob21lIHdpbGwga2VlcCBldmVyeW9uZSBzYWZlLi4u"
I don't know if this freak thinks this is a all a twisted game or what, but whatever he plans to do to those kids, i will ensure he'll be stopped and thrown to rot in a jail.
